P.volve Transformations — Claire S.

At P.volve, we love hearing about clients’ progress and seeing how they’re crushing our workouts. These ladies, near and far, are giving the P.volve community some major inspo through their incredible before and after transformations.

As a student, Claire is consistently aiming to make the most of her time and make fitness just as much a priority as her studies. With the help of P.volve, our transformation of the week has been able to keep up a regular, stress-free workout routine that not only fits her busy lifestyle, but brings results that help her to embrace her natural and unique shape.

"I have found great results from this program. My body type has never been super skinny and I fluctuate all of the time. I’m 5’4, have no clue how much I weigh, and have learned to love and accept my body for what it is. This program has helped me to be consistent with exercise and although I don’t look like a runway model, that doesn’t mean I’m not healthy. It is simply that my bone structure is different. Maybe yours is more similar to mine, or maybe it isn’t, but I hope this encourages at least one person!"

Where are you from?
I’m Australian but I’ve lived in Texas for almost eleven years now. I grew up in a suburb of Dallas and am currently attending Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

How did you find out about P.volve?
I found P.volve in October in a YouTube video, and was incredibly intrigued, so I did tons of research into it. I listened to every podcast and read every article I could find-- and was sold!

How do you fit P.volve Into your day?
I’m a college student and I also work part time, so making time to exercise is difficult for me, however, I usually come home from school and do P.volve in my bedroom. I think the secret to being consistent is to just not think about the fact that you have to work out and to just do it. If you just put the video on and do it and don’t spend 20 minutes deciding whether or not you are going to, you will most likely end up doing it and feeling awesome after! I also have to remind myself constantly that taking 20-50 minutes out of my day to do P.volve does not make me selfish and is not a waste of time. It’s something that I need to do for myself so that I stay healthy and feel confident.

What is your favorite piece of equipment?
I love gliders and the ankle band. I really feel the burn with both, and there’s also just something so fun about gliding with the gliders!

Favorite streaming video/program?
"Express at Home" is a great video and I’ve done it so many times because it is so  quick and efficient, and I usually am short on time!

Favorite move?
I love standing leg lifts! I really feel the burn with them. I also really love doing a step-back-reach. Even though it is usually a warm up move, I think if you do it with proper form it can really work and stretch your abs and it feels amazing!

Anything else you’d like to add about your journey with P.volve?
I think it’s really important to understand that everybody’s P.volve results will be different. Everybody has a different bone structure, different genetics, etc, and that’s such a beautiful thing! It’s designed to make you the best version of you, so embrace that!

We couldn't have said it better, Claire! Thanks so much for sharing and inspiring with your progress. Keep up the amazing work!
