Determined to build a proper foundation and master her form, Christina started off with the P.volve basics and built her way up. After only 4 months, she's seeing results she never thought possible-- and she's just getting started.

I find it very easy to incorporate P.volve into my week because you don’t have to waste time going to the gym. During the week I workout after work around 7pm for 30 minutes, and on weekends I prefer doing longer workouts in the morning.
"Angel Approved" and "Sculpting & Gliding"
I like doing P.sits on an angle and any sort of plank variation with the gliders.
I love using the gliders as they tone up your abs really well! I also love pairing them with the heavy ankle band for extra resistance!
