Your Holiday Travel Workout Guide

Working out during the holidays seems nearly impossible, especially when out of your element and without access to your equipment. But in reality, there are easy tweaks you can make to your everyday routine that will help make workouts more practical, no matter the time of year.

Luckily, most of our workouts and equipment are travel-friendly. Think of how easily you can squeeze your p.band, gliders or p.3 into your suitcase. Or even your p.ball, which can be deflated to make more room and easily pumped back up before use.

Finding the space to pack these things is easy, but what about not wanting to pack something heavy? For trips when your suitcase needs to meet a certain weight requirement, opt for the lighter pieces like the light ankle band and heavy ankle band instead of the light ankle weights and heavy ankle weights for ankle weight exercises

If you’re really strapped for space, no equipment can be just as effective for your workouts. With proper form, all of our movements engage the arms, abs, glutes and thighs and can bring real, long-lasting changes to your body. Looking to try it out for yourself? Stream Intensity with No Equipment, Stability Stance and Boost & Smooth. And when rest day rolls around, try our newest recovery, Stretch to Elongate, with trainer Alexia.

Now that you’ve picked your equipment to pack and know which workouts to stream, all you need is a place to put it to use. Staying in a hotel over the holidays? Find space in your room or use the hotel gym. Staying with family in warmer weather? Work out outside. The options are endless, and though the holidays should first and foremost be about family time, you can take comfort knowing you can stick to your routines no matter what.
