The Story Behind the p.band

The revolutionary p.band came to fruition after nearly three years of development. After hearing countless stories from women not seeing results with ordinary arm workouts, we set out to create an innovative piece of equipment that works the entire upper body with a hands-free approach to full body resistance training.

And that's exactly what we did. We nixed the traditional bicep curl and push up, and instead traded them in for movements that strengthen and elongate the arm muscles. In the same way that our ankle bands and ankle weights activate the lower body properly, the p.band engages the arms, back and core with every rep. 

The design of the p.band allows for new, reimagined movements that other upper-body equipment doesn't. Strap the gloves on, and you'll quickly realize how much each movement resembles swimming—slowly pulling down and elongating from shoulder to fingertip to feel the full resistance of the band. 

There are three key attributes of the p.band that contribute to its innovation: First, the gloves enable you to secure the band without restriction. Second, the length of the band was specifically designed to allow for a full range of motion while keeping constant tension. Next, it helps you understand your personal range of motion. With every rep and movement, you'll learn your limits of extension and reach, and can work to improve both in workouts.

 One of the best parts of using the p.band is its versatility. It was created to work so many different areas, all with the simple adjustment of a hand position or angle of the lower body.
