Materials: Rubber mat with fabric

  1. Will this mat work with all P.volve equipment?
    You can use all of your P.volve equipment in conjunction with the mat, including the gliders.

  2. What is this mat made out of and is it safe for all floors?
    The mat is made out of rubber and is safe to use on all floor surfaces.

  3. Will this mat wrinkle up when I'm using it?
     Nope! This mat has a sticky bottom that helps prevent wrinkling on all surfaces.

  4. Is this mat thick enough for floor work?
    If you're using the precision mat on top of carpet this mat is great for floor work, but if you're working out on a hard surface, layer our p.mat for extra cushioning and continue using the numbers and details on the Precision Mat as guidance.

This mat takes the guesswork out of working with proper form. I have an injury I’m recovering from - and misalignment (causing further injury) has been a big factor to not working out. It’s so helpful.

Must have!

The precision mat is a must have. I don’t have to question if my foot is actually at 6 o’clock or 1 o’clock. I am able to use the mat guidance and then really focus on my form and my breathing….took the guess work out for me as far as foot positions.
