Each p.3 includes:
Movements with the p.3 can be done both standing or on the p.mat. The weighted ball, however, is only recommended for work on the floor for the safest, most effective workouts.
When using the ball overhead, use forefinger and thumb around notch to secure your grip. When using the ball on the mat, hold on top to secure grip.
Adjust the ankle strap as needed to allow it to move properly. The longer cord is recommended for those over 5'9". The shorter cord will add more resistance if desired.
What are the benefits and expected results from using the p.3?
The p.3 is the most dynamic total-body toning system. It's a cutting-edge product that uses resistance training to span the entire length of the body. Working from ankle to hand, the p.3 awakens and engages even the hardest-to-reach muscles in new, versatile ways.
Which workouts do you recommend for the p.3?
The p.3 can be used in a variety of movements in the P.volve method. You can find it specifically used in Pvolve's Summit 60 Series and it can used in signature P.volve moves such as the p.sit, reach, the knee driver, diagonal pull and side-lying leg extension.
When should I use the longer and shorter bands?
We recommend using the shorter bands for upper body exercises and the longer band for lower body movements.
