Product Details

Each p.3 includes:

  • Two resistance bands, each with a different length (64cm & 74cm)
  • Two ankle straps
  • An attachable handle
  • An attachable 3-inch, 1.5-lb ball

Movements with the p.3 can be done both standing or on the p.mat. The weighted ball, however, is only recommended for work on the floor for the safest, most effective workouts.

When using the ball overhead, use forefinger and thumb around notch to secure your grip.  When using the ball on the mat, hold on top to secure grip. 

Adjust the ankle strap as needed to allow it to move properly.  The longer cord is recommended for those over 5'9". The shorter cord will add more resistance if desired.

The p.3 can be used in a variety of movements in the P.volve method. You can find it specifically used in Pvolve's Summit 60 Series and it can used in signature P.volve moves such as the p.sit, reach, the knee driver, diagonal pull and side-lying leg extension.

When should I use the longer and shorter bands? 

We recommend using the shorter bands for upper body exercises and the longer band for lower body movements.

Great piece of equipment!

I’m 5’1”, so for more resistance, I like using the short band. I love using this band because it gives me a full body workout every time! The p.3 trainer is good to use on those days where you only have 10/15min to workout and you really want to get a good burn in.

You can feel this one!

I used to wrap bands around my ankles and stretch them up to my hands to create resistance. I don't have to do that dance anymore. The P3 trainer is so smooth and easy to use. Two levels of resistance give you a choice for each workout. The ankle straps are super comfortable and there are two different ways to grip the trainer. You will feel the P3 and you will love it.
