New to P.volve? Here’s Everything You Need to Know
Every fitness goal—whether you want toned thighs or a way to move more every day without pain—starts with knowing your body better.
We might know how many steps we take in a day, and how many calories we burn doing it. But there’s so much we don’t know, like why our muscles burn sometimes and not others or why ankle mobility is connected to glute strength.
Everything we do, from our workouts to our equipment, empowers you to know the how and why behind your movements so you can evolve into your best self—one that both looks good and feels good.
So, how do we do it? We’re grounded in functional movement, the movements based on how your body moves in real-world situations, like walking down the street, reaching for something on the top shelf, getting out of a chair or playing with your kids.
We may not think about these moments often, but prioritizing your body’s function is what will yield incredible, sustainable results: easier-to-manage everyday pain, better performance and a body transformed into the most amazing body it can be.
These fundamentals, combined with our suite of innovative, next-level equipment, is what yields the results that last not just for a moment, but forever.
It’s your personal evolution, and it starts now.
Where do I start?
Let's start with the basics: our offerings. With an all-encompassing equipment kit, you get both cutting-edge equipment and a digital membership. And with that, access to our on-demand platform and to the Live Virtual Studio to bring the entire studio experience home with you and maximize results.
It’s essential that you feel prepared going into your workout routine, so we recommend setting up a free 15-minute consult with one of our expert trainers to get started. They’ll help you personalize a workout routine based on your goals and answer any questions you might have about the method or your form.
With an all-access pass to P.volve, you’ll be able to create the exact routine you want and get the strongest results possible.
What does a P.volve class look like?
We’ve designed our class types to work together for a holistic routine that brings you the best results possible.
All classes will start with a deep warm up to prime your body for the equipment and movements used ahead. Throughout the workout, your trainer will cue every single movement—from the placement of your foot on the floor to the angle of your hips on the mat—to make sure your form stays in check. All classes finish with a proper cool down to stretch and soothe your muscles.
Whether you’re working out on demand, taking a class in the Live Virtual Studio or visiting us at one of our studio locations, we offer a variety of classes, each with a specific goal in mind.
How can I experience P.volve?
Our digital library offers access to hundreds of workouts on demand and a direct pass to the entire P.volve method at home. This includes beginner workouts and tutorials to get you started, structured series to maximize your results and your own plan page to stay accountable every day.
With access to our on-demand library, you’re able to fully customize your own routine. The library includes detailed filtering by guided series, equipment, fitness level, length of time, class type, body part focus, benefit and trainer lead. This not only helps you find the exact workout you’re looking for, but also helps you clearly work toward any goal you might have.
Our at-home fitness options also include the Live Virtual Studio. Here, a variety of classes are offered to mimic the energy and motivation of the studio experience, all from the comfort of your home. Trainers also offer real-time feedback and form corrections just like in the studio. Unlike on-demand workouts, our Live Virtual Studio classes give you the ability to connect directly with trainers and the rest of the P.volve community.
Already have a P.volve digital membership? You get unlimited access to the Live Virtual Studio with your membership, so view the schedule and book your spot in class now! Joining us for the first time? Activate your membership or sign up for a free 14-day trial, and you’ll receive your email with further instructions to sign up for classes.
No matter where you are, it’s our mission to bring you the best workout possible. But if you are lucky enough to be near one of our studios, you’ll get to experience all we have to offer, in person.
Our state-of-the-art studios—currently located in New York City, Chicago and Los Angeles—are where you can experience our entire method IRL. Here, you can sculpt together right alongside other members or take a one-on-one, personalized sessions with a trainer. Plus, you’ll move to heart-pumping music and coordinated lights for extra motivation.

What kind of equipment do I need?
Our suite of carefully crafted, innovative equipment is essential to our workouts and the key to getting the most out of our method. That’s because each piece is designed specifically to focus on body mechanics that leads to transformative, sustainable results.
We offer 13 resistance-based tools that prioritize joint mobility and muscle activation for better biomechanics in everyday life, including three pieces of patented, next-level equipment: the p.ball, the p.band and the p.3 trainer. Each piece offers the most unique aspects of P.volve and the strongest results possible: full-body resistance, versatility of movements and a deep mind-to-muscle connection.
Aside from these, our suite of equipment includes various pieces of added weight and resistance to strengthen and tone both the upper and lower body, and add versatility to all your workouts. We’ll show you how to put everything to work on our Precision Mat, a special mat that includes numbers on a clock face and various dots and lines that help you keep your form in check for even greater results.
Together with the method, our equipment allows your body to move the way it's meant to move—balanced, mobile, stable and strong.
