I purchased 2 of these, one for work and one for home. I have muscle cramping of the lower leg that is difficult to reach and massage out. I love how there are little knobs on this stick that turn easily. This is unlike others I have seen in stores. This helps me to massage out the cramp without tiring out my hands. I stand a lot at work and this helps to reduce some stress of the day just by being able to work out the cramp. I just wish I had purchased this months ago. Thank you P volve!
